Lauren's buddies come to visit

This past weekend my sister and Justin and Tyler came down for the day/night. Lauren could not have been happier. She calls them her buddies. They played non-stop the whole time. I can not tell you how great Justin and Tyler are with her. They treat her just like she is one of them. It makes me so happy to see them together b/c Lauren is always on cloud nine. We went to a new park the other day and there was this slide that I thought was huge! But I don't think Lauren even blinked twice at going down it. Here are some pictures of our brave little girl!

Poppy's birthday and weekend in Williamsburg

This past weekend Lauren went to Williamsburg and while she was there they celebrated Poppy's birthday (which isn't until the 20th). Lauren baked him brownies and decorated them with sprinkles. It was so fun.

Bob the Builder

I'm wondering why I spent 25$ on a Tigger costume when she could have been Bob the Builder free (gift from her cousins!) Isn't she the cutest Bob the Builder you have ever seen.

Lauren's playdate with Hayes

Snow part two

After Lauren's nap we headed back out again. This time we managed to build a snowman. Lauren named him Frosty the snowman. Good name don't you think?

It SNOWED! I mean really SNOWED!!

So we Richmonders finally got SNOW. It is great! It was so cute because this morning Brian went to get Lauren out of bed and he told her that it snowed and she said good because I said please. We were out in the snow by 8:45 am. Lauren loved it and would have stayed out there all day if we would have let her! Here are some pictures from this morning.

Amme and Granddad visit

This past week Amme and Granddad came to visit us. It was wonderful. Lauren and I took them down to the Children's museum and then that evening they took us out to dinner. The whole day was so much fun. I really hope they make another trip again really soon! Here is a picture of Lauren and Granddaddy building a really tall tower at the museum.
